Service Description
Join us in our next Meditation Circle. This is suitable for both beginners and experienced individuals. In this circle, we will discuss a topic related to integrating meditation into your daily life. We will then practice together in a guided meditation and a guided relaxation where we will create intention for the week ahead. The benefits of this practice include better stress management, decreasing insomnia and overall enhanced health and well being. A free one-on-one meditation or coaching session will be offered to each new participant. This circle repeats weekly and can be attended as often as you like.
